指的是鏡頭與機身之間的溝通有問題，有可能是鏡頭或其接點，也有可能是機身或其接點因為髒污或故障，損壞，造成鏡頭與機身之間在傳輸數據時出現問題。

如果在更換鏡頭後，機身沒有再出現Err 01的字樣，即是鏡頭出現光圈組件問題，那就需要更換組件。

同時變焦帶亦多見未能扭至24mm的焦距。
