想試多過品牌,似乎Sony比Canon顏色更精彩,所以希望知道A99嘅機能及各用家嘅心得分享.當然仲有想知有邊幾支菜鏡係威力無窮啦!我只知135mm f1.8勁咋.
請各師兄指教

I own a A99, with vertical grip and the following lenses:

1. ZA16-25 f/2.8
2. ZA24-70 f/2.8
3. SAL70-200 f/2.8
4. Sigma 150-500 f/5.6-6.3 HSM
5. Minolta 50 f/1.4 (old version)
6. Minolta 85 f/1.4 (old version)
7. Minolta 100 f/2.8 Macro (old version)

I also have the F60M flash. I would say that I love my gear very much. They can surely be comparable to Canon 5DIII or Nikon D800 series. The lenses are not worse than the lenses of Canon and Nikon of the same range, if not better. The handling of A99 is so good and user friendly. Some of the features can only be found in A99 which the other two brands cannot give you. It's focusing is excellent for movie recording. The time lag for taking picture is very low. Built-in stabilizer lets you use whatever lenses with anti-shake ability. So even those old cheap Minolta AF lenses can be used on this camera without any problem. I especially love the design of the flash and the vertical grip which all other brands cannot make something comparable.

Of course, it also has some weaknesses. Say for example if you are a DSLR hard fan, you may not like the EVF. (But some people like it as it can show real time the change of your setting. You do not need to guess). Its burst rate (6 fps) is just fair but not explosive. But I think it is good enough for me for bird shooting already. It's high ISO performance has been improved from its ancestor A900, but still cannot be compared with Canon's DSLRs. Again, I think it is good enough for me.

Well again, no camera is perfect and on the other hand, in this competitive market, all brands have to make their DSLR/SLT with satisfactory performances (or else they will be wiped out from the market). So it is all about your preference and feeling. I suggest you'd better try different models of different brands before you make a decision.

Thank you Clarence.我今日已買入A99+VG,同135 f1.8.我好喜歡個EVF,可能年紀大,感覺EVF夠清楚,方便對焦.本來打算Canon 5DIII,不過而家覺得冇揀錯,因為A99真係有別於我用緊嘅Nikon.當然有啲功能Sony仍然唔及N&C.但係我覺得Sony真係好有心去創新.下星期會人手24-70,希望到時可以試埋個AF-D^^

I changed to A7 from A99;

There is no doubt that A7 is a bit sharper with her image & much better ISO than A99

But A99 is also much better in terms of handling, handfeel & AF... the design of A99 is so great that you can handle it very comfortable

The EVF is great and you can use old lenses easily with peaking

yes,我覺得A99好好拎,手感比我拎D4及D800還要好,支135就係有啲重,不過我相當喜歡,因為似番菲林年代嘅全金屬鏡感覺,形到爆^^
