Mio @2002-11-29 03:45:34小櫻 ~ are u talking about 淺景深? i found the effect not quite significant with S45. the largest aperture is f2.8. but when zoomed to the max. (3X), it reduces to f4.9. i'm a newbie and don't know what the standard should be. what do u think?

ah, btw, try to take picture of the whole organism, um... you may use a larger aperture to make it looks clear with an out-focus background
