優點:
外形算美觀, application都多。
缺點:
有時按畫面後要等成幾秒先反應, 超慢。都唔知部機喺道load緊application定係感應唔到我按佢。
用左差不多一個多, 部機freeze個五六次, 好似以前啲電腦咁。有時甚至要取出電池來reset部機, 唉~
有啲基本application唔係咁user friendly, 好似個memory同music player咁, 用左我唔少時間去examine點用。
上facebook又login 唔到, 個nokia customer service話部幾可能有問題, 要check check.

好失望! 最初買Nokia係以為佢出名user friendly同performance好, 點知原來係咁, 唉!

要在郵件功能度set收郵件處在(E:)先可以收多過30M既郵件，但一disconnect (E:)再接返，又要再set過架！！
基本上N97是一部加左keyboard既5800，系統仲有好多bug，同未fine tune夠，等多兩三代先買都未遲

優點:
Very stable, almost no bugs, music player quality better than iphone, talk quality better than iphone, outlook very stylish, very responsive keyboard, excellent camera, touchpad MUCH more responsive than iphone, large memory, good construction, well thought-out menu
缺點:
poor connectivity with PC, poor camera flash, scratch prone, poor loudspeaker, filmsy battery cover, ovi store not as advanced as itune store.

indeed this phone should be more popular than the iphone if the iphone-fever is not so hot. Even the music player outdoes the iphone - sound is more detailed and it comes with a 8-band equaliser, which the iphone (and indeed the ipod) lacks. used it since its release and it's ever so reliable. and this is the FIRST Nokia phone that in my opinion is stylishly designed - all previous Nokia phones, including those HK$8000+ offerings, were plain UGLY. I was never a Nokia fanboy. This one though trounced the iphone in the looks department. It is just so pleasing to the eyes. and everything is functional. Definitely a great phone to have.

I\'m a Nokia user for years. The stability and UI were good in most cases. But N97 is quite disappointed as a Nokia flagship. Looking forward to upgrading firmware to 2.0.
